Additional Charge for Artwork
If a piece of black and white/line drawing artwork or company logo is required, an additional set-up charge of £28.00 + VAT will be added. If a piece of halftone/shaded artwork or company logo is required an additional charge of £45.00 + VAT will be added. These charges are a one off charge and the artwork will be held on file for any future engraving jobs.
Engraving Timescale
For our engraving to be the best possible quality we ask for 5-10 working days prior to despatching. However, as all work is done in-house we are able to rush certain orders through if required urgently. Please let us know if your deadline is imminent.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending upon the weight of item that you order. Therefore the final charge will be calculated upon the contents of your shopping basket at point of check-out. Postal charges are capped at £15.00 per order regardless of quantity.
Shipping
Most items are shipped via our courier company Initial CityLink, who will deliver next day by 5.30pm. In some cases we may use Royal Mail. All orders must be signed for upon receipt. Please enter a note on your e-commerce order if you would like a neighbour to take delivery.
Delivery Surcharges
The above pricing is for UK Mainland only. Certain offshore and outlying post codes will incur a small surcharge, you will be notified if this is the case following receipt of your order.
Inspection of Consignment
Please inspect the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier's delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier's note eg., "damaged in transit" or if accepted without checking sign the carrier's delivery note "not inspected" or "received unchecked" or "unexamined" etc. A signature of "received in good condition" may void any subsequent claim for damaged goods.
VAT Charges
VAT is included in the prices shown on our website. A VAT receipt will be despatched along with your item. |
